PRINTS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY: Shipping for standard prints is handled by the printer (Bay Photo). If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact suppo[email protected] with your order number for further instructions.
Large Size Products and Crating Policies: Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times. Any Freighting Fees may be billed to the fulfillment artist separately after processing your order. Please contact s[email protected] for freight fees before the order is placed.

FRAMED PRINTS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY: Due to the personal nature of selecting and ordering frames, framed print purchases are final.

COMMISSION PORTRAITS: Commission portraits are something I really love to create. If you live near to me, I can arrange a personal photo shoot at no additional cost to you. If you don't, I'll send instructions and examples for photographing your subject. I will not begin a painting until you have approved a rough sketch, usually digitally created, of the painting. I'll require a non-refundable 50% deposit and then the balance when you get your painting. The price of a portrait depends entirely on the size requested.
CANCELING ORDERS: Unless your product order has already gone into production, you can cancel it. Please contact winfreyarts@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
SHIPPING TO CANADA, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: While I am based in the United States, I happily ship orders to many non-US destinations. If taxes, duties, brokerage fees or tariffs are imposed by a destination country, then my customers will be responsible for those. Larger sized orders that can’t be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx generally require an art shipping company; please contact [email protected] if you are ordering a painting larger than 48x48 inches. Customers can use their own brokerage carrier; simply contact me via my gmail or the website contact button and I will coordinate with you directly.
